What the guidelines say about translation:

“Fiction, poems, or essays are accepted. The above guidelines for essays, fiction, and poetry should be followed, and a copy of the translated text should be submitted along with the translation. The translator is responsible for acquiring permission to publish.”

“Working Title submissions should be between 7,000-25,000 words and previously unpublished. They may be fiction or nonfiction. Novellas and translated works are welcome.”

What the guidelines say about payment:

“At the time of publication, we pay a $100 honorarium for work published in a single issue.”

“At the time of publication, we pay a $250 honorarium for Working Titles.”
